Take inventory of your diaper bag and restock as soon as you get home and are unpacking your other bags.
I learned this the hard way when I had to ask the nurse for a plastic bag at the Dr. because they don't allow you to throw diapers in their garbage and at Target today when little Miss decided to blow through her outfit- seriously HUGE explosion- and I didn't have a bag so I had to use her blanket to gob up her clothes, socks and my coat. awesome. Lesson.Learned.
